Is there anything we can do to stop an end of season pitch invasion this year?

Last year I remember a lukewarm attempt to put Police tape up, most which had fallen away or blown down by the end of the game.

Stewards seem reluctant to be heavy handed, possibly for good reasons. Police tend to hold back. Every year the fans' enjoyment is completely spoiled by these selfish people who think it is their right to go on the field of play to offer their own personal brand of congratulations, despit being asked NOT to.

Perhaps if the club issued a flyer or something to everyone entering the stadium on the day, I dunno.

We have already been mentally singled out by the nation, thanks to the efforts of a few at the Chelsea match and one of these days somebody is going to come down hard on us. Can you imagine if BFC were ever penalised for this?

The club need to put out the message that it is unacceptable

I'd like to here from Patrick Cryne, Gordon Shepherd, Simon Davey and a selecion of players all conveying that such behaviour is intolerable.

    Simon Davey Won't Say That

In the Wembley programme, he put the fans being on the pitch after the Chelsea game, as one of the moments of the season.

Tw@ts run on the pitch, let a couple of tigers loose on the buggers, they'll only do it once.

I would like to hear the chairman saying that the club is on dodgy ground as we have never bothered to stop people before so this year ANYONE that goes on the pitch uninvited will be banned. Have him telling them how they will identify them, get some more police video cameras along the front of the stand, ANYONE that goes past will be caught on camera and should be banned

I bet the groundsman was happy about that!

Great big hoof dents in his pitch. Still, I suppose the season is over.

Ban the people who did it at Chelsea, and those who did it at Leicester last year.

Line of police with Dogs would be a good start

Coupled with Cameras and 3 year bans for anyone that evades the the initial line of snarling Alsations

Though doubtless anyone bitten will sue for infringement of human rights
