Is there too much interference

Going off at the club on the playing side from above?
Perhaps I'm overreacting and have zero evidence and just going off the rumours shared on here by some posters about certain players not starting.
Have the new additions of CEO and sporting director had any impact in terms of renewal negotiations with players, Fallings out and generally rocked the dressing room.
Its pretty obvious they set the formation and have recruited to that model and set up, just how much say do they have.
I'm hoping it's purely down to us being dross and lost all confidence and not meddling from above.

 

If the recruitment team think they've recruited players to fit the clubs model they are seriously deluded and need sacking.
