Is this a case of paranoia?

    Moved into a new house just over a year ago to the day.

    We bought the house in May 06 from a self builder. Before he built the house it spent the best part of 40 years as a shop. He bought that, demolished the shop and then built the house. So basically, there has never been anyone living at this address other than the builder and then me.

    Today we get junk mail from Ford Motor Company insurance addressed to someone that has never lived here. Should I be worried by that?

    When we first moved into our house the gas company had our address as the house 2 doors away, house was 5 years old so I don't know how long that had been going on? Also the woman at the end of the road has our address on some of her letters, no idea why, maybe she doesn't know her own address?
