    i don't get all this…. "head of recruitment" lark, being a major issue

    is this the head of recruitment that brought in…

    Roberts
    Mawson
    Scowen
    Hourihane
    watkins

    And swelled the ranks of our development squad too
    I personally don't think he's doing such a bad job… whoever he is

    The problem for me lies with the person who is in charge of coaching them. i suppose some will argue that we aren't covering positions well enough.

    But a defence of roberts, mawson, nyatanga, wabara and smith should be good enough in this league to stop most attacking threats
    a midfield with scowen, hourihane and watkins, should create enough chances for
    a strike force of Winnall and jackson or smith .. they should score enough.
    (if you haven't guessed i prefer a 5 3 2 - but i am a simpleton)

    some might moan about the "head of recruitment" but for me he is providing enough for the head coach to have enough to do some damage in this league

    just my rambling thoughts on what seems to me, to be a non issue
