The way I understood it Both clubs would have to return any tickets not sold before general sale. The tickets would then be returned for general sale if both clubs returned tickets. So, for anybody wanting to buy tickets on general sale, this is good news.
I doubt it I think BFC could invent another category tomorrow if it so desired. Also it could extend the deadline for centenary members / stubs. It would seem ridiculous in the extreme if after 4 days on sale we gave up when it seems Cardiff are selling over a much longer period.
RE: I doubt it I think if the club wanted, they could issue another sale for season ticket holders, or use other ticket stubs. There'd be hell to pay if they were just handed over to Cardiff and then they were allowed to put them all on general sale.
erm not sure, I'm sure the abacus in the general office is busily working out the pro's and cons of the overheads involded in the effort to sell more.
We won't. We can't Under the categories we've been given I reckon it's impossible to sell all our tickets.
From this "Category Seven: You live a long way away and you don't get to any games but you're kind of fond of the town that you deserted and you think you should be entitled to go to one of the biggest games in the towns history" http://www.barnsleyfc.org.uk/bbs/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=102288&mid=659872#M659872
Someone said on another thread... That they didn't even have to show their stubs... maybe a sneaky method of 'general sale'?
isn't it based on facts? the catagories barnsley set didn't allow 33,000 tickets to be sold apparently.
FACT is it? How many have we sold then? Will tickets remain on sale until 30th March?? They wont sell out if they have already given up.
