Genuinely think he’d have been an asset in L1 next season. Guess it’s to get a bit of cash in plus it gets a decent salary off the wage bill.
As long as we’re not relying on Vic for goals instead….

So do I. He scored a couple of good goals for us and was starting to improve in a struggling side surrounded by guys who should have been playing better. I get a fee + his wages will get a chunk of our relegation loses back, but I think next season at a much easier level he'd be a good asset.

Won’t lose sleep over this, clearly the lad has quality but he seems to be pretty bone idle and never looks up for the fight. I’d imagine he’s one of the highest earners too. Hopefully someone will be daft enough to take his fellow Belgian teammate!

I’d rather keep Iseka and bin off Obbi but we’ll not be that lucky. No one would be daft enough to sign that waste of space. Unless Conway pops up as CEO somewhere else this summer…..

I reckon he's a good player but can't see him playing in league one for us. Won't fancy it. Big earner too probably

I think I might be in the minority but if it is true I for one am pleased, I thought he was bone idle & at his best an impact player , he obviously has talent but in our game you need to put a shift in , I much preferred Freezer who I think would be a real asset in league one but alas he has gone.

I saw him getting more and more frustrated at the lack of support of a decent strike partner. Would have liked to see him alongside Morris or Woodrow. In L1.

I'd like to know where he wants to play Hooky Feller.

If he see himself the main central striker then we need to get people closer to him and maybe you look at a 4231 formation. Where you wouldn't ever want that formation with Woodrow

Or does he want to play where Morris plays?

He partnered Woodrow at the start of the season playing wide. But woodrow was all over the place. Morris wasn't available till much later and I don't think they were given much game time together. Asbagi Preferring Bassi. I would like to have seen Morris and Iseka start upfront. And woodrow behind em both. It'll be interesting to see who will still be here at the start of the season. But I would have looked forward to those 3 playing together.

Interesting. Like everyone I'm not sure they will all be here and if anyone was to leave I would choose Woodrow.

I said the above because every video I see online from Anderlecht where he seems to be playing youth/ second side football to Metz shows him playing pretty much exclusively Main Striker (number 9 on the shirt initially) In what looks like a 4231 or 433 (I think its the 4231 but it isn't 100% clear)

Remember that awful game against the Blunts, 0-3 down and most of the players not giving a toss.
And then all of a sudden Iseka and Cole got at them, and nearly rescued a point for us.
Why din't they get more time together up front, while Woodrow was just fiddling about with his shorts and pants in the centre circle.

Of our current strikers, the only one I'm interested to keep is Morris.

We could blame everyone at the club for last season - but the truth is we didn't concede too many goals whilst failing to score anything like enough. There were occasional flashes of interest from all of them, but only Morris showed the necessary heart.

Wasn't that because the blunts had already took their foot off the gas?

Can't say I'd miss him one little bit football wise and given his wages are reportedly in the top 3 or 4 it becomes a complete no-brainer.

Well they din't exactly do that to begin with because Cole missed an absolute sitter while it was still 0-2.
Then they might have eased up at 3 in fairness, but I still don't understand why they weren't given a consistent run alongside each other.

I would love to see Warnock have a pre season with Oulare, Iseka, Benson, Brittain, Oduor, Cole and see what drops out.
