His fitness record really isn't great... shame, but another one who seems to be made out of paper

Is it a new injury or the same one he got against Rotherham ?

Lloyde Isgrove has been pulled out of U23 game today due to tight thigh. Unlikely to play before international break #barnsleyfc

Type of player you want fit and playing... spends way too much time in the treatment room..

Was he injured at any point in our promotion season? I don't recall so.

Probably a precaution. We have a decent number of wide players, so no massive need to rush him back, although his pace would come in handy, especially late on in games.

Could be a case of too much time sitting on benches has weakened his football muscles. I'm pretty sure he was uninjured throughout our promotion season(if he was out at all it wasn't for long). But then he spent all last year playing reserve team or no football - bound to have an effect on him physically, as well as mentally.

I just wonder if he will be another Chris Lumsdon. Brilliant on loan, anonymous when we signed him.

Hope not. Lumsden was an enigma. Looked like a world beater at first. Then total garbage.
