    to generate a constant revenue stream that would benefit both the town and the club , as opposed to a one hit sale???</p>

    Assuming that the club is going to get some of the money raised from any sales?</p>

    Arn't they only selling a part of the carpark,so the'll still be getting a continued revenue stream.
