    we've not got an Enron case on our hands here. Enron lied to stock market pure and simple, and had the main man not karked it would have dont serious bird.

    This is purely an investigation into 1. The selling of the shares and the reasons behind it and 2. why the figures have not been submitted to the stock market.

    There are a number of companies all over the world who are subject to de-listing because the way shares are handled, and the impact that has on the financial figures they submit. Look at Mecury, they were de-listed 3 months ago - it didnt hurt them as first thought and then were purchased for a very large sum by HP.

    apparently the guardian are applying to the high court for a gagging order to be removed so they can report other details about the situation.
