Loads on Twitter saying the same, looks like an issue at the club / Ticketmaster end. Just can't seem to get anything right these days..
We've had endless problems over the years with Ticketmaster and still carry on using them. Whenever we have an event of great interest, they struggle to cope.
I can’t really blame the club for using Ticketmaster, they’re an absolute giant in the game and manage events selling far, far more tickets than Barnsley do. Are we sure these problems are Ticketmaster and not ‘we’ve given Ticketmaster the wrong info’ problems?
As a (reluctant) regular Ticketmaster user, I encounter very few problems with them. I get the impression issues arise with how the link to BFC is set up, case by case. Who’s actually at fault, I couldn’t say…
Fortunately Misters Parekh, Flatman and Sormaz are doing all they can to ensure that issue doesn't arise again.
