Issue to be raised: Social club

Are we any nearer to the social club that we were promised when the old one was knocked down?
It does make a difference. Carlisle have about three bars in their main stand and it's a great place to meet on a match day. It makes a fortune because the few times I've been in there with my mate it's been packed to the rafters.
