Guys it's that time of year again that can either make you or break you. Christmas can feel heavy for many, even when it’s supposed to be “the most wonderful time of the year.”

If you’re struggling, remember this: it’s okay to talk. Reaching out to a mate, grabbing a coffee or a beer, or simply sharing how you’re feeling can make all the difference. You are not alone, and there’s always someone who’ll listen.

Check in on your mates too, sometimes a simple “How are you doing?” could be the message that someone needs.

    Support is always there:

    Andys Man Club

    Andys Man Club Barnsley

Let’s make sure no one struggles in silence this Christmas. A conversation can change everything IMG_3126.jpeg

Andys Man Club is excellent. I attended one in Leeds a bit a few years ago, after struggling with my mental health during & post lockdown.

I've a few mates who have had issues I've encouraged to go. It may seem hard to walk through those doors, but if you do, you'll find a lot of acceptance & will realise these issues are not ones you alone are facing. Do it.
