Playoff semi that we have a good chance of winning against local rivals with near capacity attendances for both legs.

When I was at Bristol away, I honestly didn't think we'd be here now. Two good performances lads. If your best ain't good enough, you throw everything at it but it doesn't come off, I'll still be proud of what you've achieved this season.

Give it everything, we'll be in Cardiff. I believe.

Ritchie on Sky sports news earlier

just caught a bit of it. Says weve got a 2 year plan and would have been happy with a top 10 finish this season. Wonder what that 2 year plan is? ive got a fealing this season the plan was getting the defence right, building from the back, organisation, making sure we dont conceed many goals. During the summer we concentrate on bringing a couple of strikers/goalscorers in and we go for promotion then.
Weve done brilliant this season and im proud of Ritchie and the boys, we can do it! Even if we dont, ill really be looking forward to next season.

Am I missing something here Red Tyke because it seems, from your contribution, the club are of the opinion that there will exist no variables which would upset the two year plan. Meaning for example, that, if we are not promoted the likelhood of key players such as McPhail and Colgan leaving is much greater . If they do leave does'nt that mean the manager has to begin a process once again to bring in new players and rebuild another team of promotion contenders and having to start all over again it fails and does the vicious circle begin again. The methods of not negotiating contracts earlier can, in my opinion,be another contender for those variables .
