REDS defender Antony Kay believes the side have to make the most of a momentous opportunity in Saturday's Coca Cola League One Play Off Final against Swansea City.</p>

Speaking exclusively to www.barnsleyfc.co.uk this morning, Antony said: &quot;I simply cannot wait for the game. It is a massive opportunity for this club to get back into the Championship and one we have to take.</p>

&quot;We have to win this game. We have worked so hard all season and the expectation level is sky high around the town so losing is simply not worth thinking about. We are going to Cardiff in a very positive frame of mind and going there to win.</p>

&quot;It is a massive thing for me personally to go to the Millennium Stadium with my hometown club. There will be so many of my family and friends watching from the stands.</p>

&quot;This club is buzzing and all the local lads are really looking forward to Saturday. We simply have to get the right result or it will ruin the summer for a lot of people&quot;.</p>
