Thursday

A number of players leave their fancy cars in the little car park next to the Town Hall while they spend the afternoon charming the kids at Barnsley Building Society. The cars are there for well over two hours - andthis car park isa &quot;maximum 1 hour stay&quot; car park for us mere mortals, but the rules obviously don't apply if you're a footballer. The(female)traffic warden was lurking, obviously knowing who the cars belonged to, but seemingly not in any great hurry to give any of them a ticket.When they finally did return to their cars, JCR jumped straight into his and shot off immediately, while the traffic warden was busy having her photo taken with one of the others!! It was when the notepad and pen came out that we were lost for words...!! </p>

SD and pretty much the entire squadturn up at the Town Hall for lunch with the Mayor and Mayoress... they must have learnt from their little escapade the day before though, as they're all allowed through the barrier into the private car park this time!! lol</p>

 

Was she having photo took with Muller??? And didnt get pad and pen out for Moore did she?

My mates a traffic warden - for his sins!! One of his colleagues rung him on Thursday saying there is somebody wanting to speak to you. This Brummy accent came on phone, asked if he enjoyed game on Tues. Who did he think played well ect and what didi expect on saturday. That was that. Didnt have a clue who he was speaking to and assumed that his colleague was winding him up in some way. When they got back to office she game him a parking fine bag signed by Moore to him!! Quality. Good job it wasnt at start of season when he was having abit of a mare!! may have said something he regretted!
