... but I'm afraid Mr Sheperd has blown it.
A mixture of poor conflict management, between him and Andy Ritchie, poor selection of a replacement and rank incompetance in the transfer market has left the fans devoid of hope for the future.
Now the running of the club may or may not be particularly high in Patrick Crynes agenda right now but there's obviously a good deal of passion out there, from the ordinary bloke on the terraces (and fast becoming a rare breed I might add) to want to get this debacle sorted.
I make no suggestions here, I (like 99.9% of the people that contribute to this increasingly pathetic website) don't know enough of the root causes to the clubs apparent free fall to make a offering of a solution. But, the results, the standard of fare being offered on the pitch both in terms of application, skill and desire indicate to many that all is very definately 'not well' down sunny Grove Street.
It needs sorting, but I suspect it's now far too late.
An ignominious exit in both cups was bad enough, now relegation is not so much knocking at the door but has invited himself in and put the kettle on.
Very poor BFC - Very poor indeed.

it has pained me all season...I am a bit more impassioned in my way of putting it ...a bit sledgehammer/nut syndrome, but the writing has been on the wall in big letters for a good while now. We are in for a bleak future I am afraid.
