.........a result of under investment in the club.........The fans are just sick and tired of just scrapeing away from relegation season after season after season.

We haven't had a good season at the WELL for years.............consequently the fans have drifted away

OK, i feel there has been some real progress made this season with a load of players that have come in that have real potential such as Perkins, Dawson, Davis, Done............plus there seems to be a set of talented youngsters trying to get into the first team.

But at the end of the day the majority of the fans just look at the league position.........AGAIN

I agree with most of that Nudger. I think there is a problem at board level and this has to be addressed if we are to make any progress because things are going stale and there is only so much Hill can do. We cant keep treading water year after year, there has to be some progress made in the same way that other clubs of similar sizes to us have progressed. The other problem is that I think we are now down to the hardcore of fans and investment will only see a small increase in attendances; many of the stay-away fans won't return until we're back in the premier or close to getting back. They'll turn up for one offs like a cup tie against Chelsea but they won't come week in week out until they have a bit of glory to cling to.

Maybe the customers are being wise and saving their money for year 3 of the 3 year plan.

Stupid ones like me are paying for the, it pains me to quote it, "work in progress years".
