    Never used to mind when I was single

    about driving conditions but since I've had the kids, I'm a lot more wary.

    In fact I usually reverse into spots when parking, whichever car I drive (vw estate or seicento) and leave more room at the front so I can get off/out quicker when I leave.

    As of 9.45 am tomorrow I will have held my full licence 28 years - God I'm old!

    Laura says she can't wait to learn to drive

    and seeing as she has a disability she can start learning/ legally drive at 16.

    berth required in Dodeth in 2010. Maybe I'll have to move back to Germany.

    Anyway the High Street will be totally gridlocked by then, so I would advise her to save for a helicopter.

    Ask my husband about that

    He's just cycled home in the dark (no lights) via Hillsbro (which is flooded again). Had to shelter in a petrol station from the hailstones. Halifax Rd Like a torrent.
    Comes in soaked to the skin saying " It was alright when I set off". (doh)

    Sometimes my 3 year old has more common sense .
