That we the fans get to pick the next England team manager and broke with the tradition that exsists in the halls of power in the Gentlemens club at the FA, whereby they go for the safe bet each time and fail.
The stipulations being the manager must be English must have managed at club level. A list of all those who apply to be published then we have a couple of rounds to take it to a short list of 4 then a final vote to find our man .... For the people chosen by the people. A X Factor type of show folks. Lol

this might sound wayout but you know
love him or hate him Colin can motivate the players into giving 100% no matter where he goes. And short term spells bring out the best of his teams. Lets get behind Colin lol

Don't care where comes from so long as he can put a team together with players playing in their correct positions and fully aware of what they are supposed to be doing. Great players in England but they were like a rudder less ship

What a pity Brian Clough never got the job when he was right at the top of his game. He might have failed, obviously, but he would have been "the people's choice", no doubt.

What a great time that would have been to follow England! My time goes right back to Alf Ramsey and, since we won the World Cup, there has been very little to get excited about watching the national team. Good players seem to go to pieces wearing the white shirt. Is that the manager's fault? Yes, to some degree, but it's about time the players started taking more responsibility.

The last so called people choice was Kevin Keegan. Worked out well
The next one who thankfully didn't get it was 'Arry
