    lets hope we splash some cash and bring in some quality, experienced championship players who know whatis required in this league and can step in immediately andsteady the ship before its too late.</p>

    what we don't want isleague 1 or 2 players who may or may not make the grade but take a dozen games to settle in, nor do we want premiership youngsters who have probably got the skill but not the experience for a relegation struggle.</p>
