Its not like this board to overreact....

....We were ok at Blackpool. Edged the first half and were equally as good as them in the second. Wiseman and M'voto were both excellent and we were quite brave in pushing JOB and Goldy on in a back four. Digby has class and will be a real asset and Perkins was the best midfielder on the pitch. We don't quite have the cutting edge up front and we don't quite have the intensity that we had towards the end of last season. We should have got a point and if O'Grady had converted his chance or Jason had rifled that one past the keeper I think we would have nicked all three and things would look totally different. We lost to a flukey 93rd minute goal. Flicker wants a striker and we have Etuhu and Jennings to come in who will both make a real difference.

Keep the faith and let's stick together and get behind them and we will easily be ok this season.

Also a really decent turnout and atmosphere from our fans yesterday.

 

Not sure about Jennings ,he hasn't played at this level before, but we are missing Etuhu .......and of course Bobby

 

Jennings could be a Vaz Te but he could also be a Toni Silva, we just don't know which one yet...not sure why people are so confident he will make much difference to us. I'm hoping at least he will be the impact sub, he just needs to know when to keep it simple and he should do well for us. Not going to hold the sending off against him as I don't think it was a sending off.

 

People have confidence in Jennings because he tore league 1 defenders apart weekly

 

and because somebody at Bayern Munich (not a fan, someone with actual football knowledge) saw something in him.
