Extensive research has concluded that teams using red strip win more often and acquire more points than teams wearing other colours. It appears that red intimidates the opposition because it is associated with aggression and dominance. The research is to be published in "the journal of Sport Sciences" later this year. Thats it then- our secret is out.
so that's why.......................... we won away against Southampton who wear red while we wore pale cream?
it would be interesting to see where they get their information from ie have they taken an average points gained per game from all teams that wear red or have they just counted them up and said teams wearing red have won 5000 points this season, have won the fa cup 57 times etc because that is bound to be the case when red is the most popular colour for home shirts.
you should become a statistician............................................... since you seem to have grasped the principle of a biased sample
RE: and France and Germany nt It doesn't say that Red guarantees a win. Any way Germany have won the world cup wearing Red so there.
