<p class="ss-text-bold">Barnsley midfielder Brian Howard thinks the club's £10million valuation on his head is unrealistic. </p> </p> </p> Howard, who gave Barnsley a sensational 2-1 success over Liverpool in the FA Cup last season, has been linked with a move away from Oakwell this summer. </p> </p> Although the 25-year-old is happy to commit his future to The Tykes, he has yet to receive a new and improved contract offer. </p> </p> Howard feels he is in limbo and unable to secure a move away from the Championship outfit unless they lower their £10million price tag. </p> </p> </p><h4>No offer</h4> </p> "Although they say they want to keep me, nobody at the club has been in touch with me to offer a new contract," said Howard. </p> </p> "I am in limbo. I feel I have given great service to this club, and I would like them to recognise that by doing one of two things - either give me the contract I am worth or sell me. </p> </p> "And by that, I mean doing me the courtesy of selling me at a realistic price."</p> </p>
