    BARNSLEY Football Club are delighted to unveil the brand new Reds home shirt for the 2007/2008 Coca Cola Championship season.</p>

    Designed and exclusively manufactured for the Oakwell Club, the new kit marks a return to the traditional 'Barnsley' red and features the logo of our new Main Club Sponsor - Wake Smith.</p>

    Barnsley Football Club have commissioned the design of a new kit which combines the latest modern features and materials with a traditional look and colour.</p>

    The brand new shirt, modelled by Reds defender Paul Heckingbottom, also features a special badge commemorating the Club's 1912 FA Cup success.</p>

    That dont look like a Barnsley shirt!!!!

    and the badge is like the wednesday badge with the sheild shape.

    Still guna buy it though!

    hmm I can see their thinking behind the badge then but it's still a sheffield wednesday style badge for me and i can't say I like it.

    Am not sure how exactly it is commemorating the fa cup win. It looks like the normal badge with the top of crest curling up. Hopefully the club will explain this, or it will be more obvious when you see it close up.
