BARNSLEY skipper Paul Reid has apologised for his red card against Blackpool.</p>

Speaking to the Sheffield Star, Paul said: &quot;I apologised to the lads although they said they didn't feel I'd let them down. It was a red card, no doubt about it. I'm just annoyed that I've got myself in that position. In the end I had to sacrifice myself.</p>
