    I'll be joining you for the last five miles, with Jules and Aimee. I reckon 5 miles in one go is the furthest I will have walked since a physio taught me how to walk again 11 and a half years ago, so hopefully you've arranged for an ambulance to follow us! Just need to root through the cupboard to find suitable footwear, a knee support and a truss...
