stand back and wonder why the verbal infighting is becomming so ferocious. Good grief there's a lot of aggression on here at the moment. It seems that much of what is happening at B.F.C. is a reflection of what is NOT being said by Ritchie and shepherd. Meaning that perhaps it's time for the manager to respond to the fan base by reporting,as far as is practical, his intentions to either go out and sign players or not to sign players. Working in tandam shepherd needs to openly and publicly support Ritchie. There appears to be no cohesion and because they seem not to be singing from the same hymn sheet it appears they are cohersing one another.Such a situation leaves the fan base to guestimate and conjecturise the internal politics of the club.Invariably, we often get it wrong and this board finishes up in a big heap and fighting among itself. Considering that cetain parties allegedly read this board the club will have a general feeling about attitudes, yet no one responds even to help subside the aggression among the fans. The mind boggles and I just wonder if there are some deliberate games being played at board level creating hidden agendas and thus bringing about change by way of the back door.
Every club the world over, treat their supporters with contempt....... to varying degrees, they feel your average follower is'nt clever enough to have an objective opinion about the club's structure and performances, the recent Carling cup debacle, was a prime example of BFC's contemptuos behavior towards fans, that being said, I think, not long ago, the board invited a supporter into the halls of power at Oakwell, to create a link with the terrace and boardroom, but alas, that appears to have come to nothing, we, it seems, are destined for the much favoured, mushroom treatment.
