iTunes Help Part 99,000

    I've just updated to the latest iTunes whichever one that is and I've also updated my device.

    The option to sync is now greyed out. In fact, all options under devices are greyed out.

    Does anyone know to resolve this?

    It means " Stop buying overpriced Apple crap just for show and buy just as good but half the price equipment that no one èlse ever sees and spend it on beer instead!"

    Or summat like that ;)

    I've got the same problem CT so would be interested to hear some good advice. I did go into the Apple shop at Meadowhall and they think mine might be hardware related because it is a very old model. They want me to make an appointment to have it checked out.

    I had an iPod touch from 2010 and a laptop from 2007 which have both been replaced this year so hopefully not a hardware problem.

    I might have to do same Mario and call into the Apple Shop.

    They're advertising Michael Buble on the iTunes home page so I doubt it.
