You're probably right, but the simple answer should be that it's Patrick Cryne's money, and he can spend it as he pleases. It shouldn't be assumed that BFC see any of it. He's invested far more than that to keep us afloat, so I don't think anyone could/should/would begrudge him taking it back. Not that I think he will. Personally, I hope that they consider this to be a windfall that can be used to keep the club running for the next 5-6 years without being dependent on subsidies from the owner, rather than chucking it at a load of transfers next week or in January.
I'm more interested in if Mr C will be providing the Don with a heftily stuffed paper bag of used notes?!?
