Well, a lot pissed, and the clip art is all wrong because I didn't have any and I've quickly nicked it off the net, and I've blatantly robbed the design from another team, and there are no fancy gradients or fake shiny gold because you can't do that with a fabric badge (polyester and cotton have yet to be upgraded to HD), and I've probably spelled Barnsley wrong or summat, and I've only just got photoshop CC after using CS3 for years and I can't use it yet, and I'm absolutely knackered so it's a 10 minute job, and when I wake up in the morning, or afternoon hopefully, I'll definitely change everything, and do you think I'm making enough excuses?, but, well, with the same brief and a belly full of ale...

Feel free to rip the **** out of them.

Or maybe make some suggestions and I'll try to incorporate them. Actually, I won't, because I'm very, very lazy and will never even look at this rubbish again.

If you can come up with that and write that (relatively!) coherently after a belly-full of ale, hats off to you, sir.

I like the overall design, apart from the well, which is "too fussy" for me - I would prefer the early-80s oakwell design in there.

The well is awful. I couldn't find anything even half decent.

I don't mind the designs we've been offered. However, the presentation is disingenuous. They look lovely on a computer monitor, but they'll look nothing like that when put on a shirt. Strip away the gradients, the lighting effects and the fake gold, present them in flat colours and see if we like them then. At the moment all we're seeing is trickery, we're not seeing the design. If the design is strong enough it'll stand up to flat colours, which is how it will eventually be produced, if it's not then start again.

It might sound trivial, but it's not, we're being conned at the moment and people are voting for designs they might not actually like.

Both of them would be perfect, so long as you stuck 'FC' on the end of Barnsley, and altered the Well a bit as Calgary said.

Better than the 4 options presented to us.

And whilst drunk. And for nowt.

Not rocket science is it, BFC?

Love them. Especially the second one. These are actually the sort of thing I was expecting, making the oak and well the focal point of the badge (as most supporters seem to wish for), rather than an incidental part which looks like a beach bungalow in India. Can you send these to the club?

Put FC at side of Barnsley, don't worry or the Tykes at the bottom instead, have it in old speak if they want, love the oak leaf on the first one but that's the sort of thing we're looking for

Things I would tweak, but there always is. But they are both hugely better than any of the four designs we've been offered. Which is worrying. Great effort.

P.s. I'll be voting to keep our current badge. I really hope the majority join me, cos there's no going back, if one of the new ones get voted in.

It'll be a land slide victory for the existing crest, no-one likes it and the vast majority would prefer we went back to the old Oakwell crest, but win in their right mind are going to vote for a red rose on a Yorkshire clubs crest

I like number one, just add FC and I think it's almost there. I wonder if somebody from the club is reading this, hmm...

Both are a million times better than those offered by the club. For me the second one with FC after Barnsley. These really should be sent to the club before the decision is made (if it already hasn't been!)

That first one is excellent. Great work, Jay.

Nothing wrong with the second one either, but the oak branch at the bottom doesn't look right to me. Also, I agree that the well needs some more work, and you should add "FC" after our name. Apart from that, I think it's purrfect.

    Great work, Jay.

I like the first one, and it is much better than any of the new options offered.

So I'd go for your first one or the existing badge.

    So

As well as being handsome, hairy and one of the nicest people it's my pleasure & honour to know, you're also a talented artist.*
    You utterly evil swine!:D

*I like them both, but given a choice, I'd select the second one.

Both are better than the options presented by the club. The second one would be my choice. Well done Jay, get pissed again soon!

Jay, first design is better than A,B,C,D and existing.

If it was possible to get this pushed into the vote, it would win.

    Ben Mansford - please note.

I like the 1st one a lot, actually prefer that well, it looks like someone who can draw has drawn it for a change. Definitely needs FC adding though!

A couple of tweaks now I'm sober

It's still not reight, but I'm not a designer, and it's only supposed to be an idea, not a finished product. I don't know what I'm doing, I'm just ******* about. It just seemed that a lot of people didn't like them others, so, being drunk, I thought I'd give an alternative. You haven't got to like these, you're allowed to say they're **** and you're certainly free to say the 4 the club offered are a lot better.
