We took our new dog up on the moor today, we walked to the Cow n Calf and in amongst the thousands of carving from the last few hundred years i spotted these Barnsley ones.

The first one says J Chaplin & W&M Houchin Barnsley 1933

And this one seems to say CHILL DARFIELD, i don't know what that means. Is it a name or the place or something else. I didn't see the CHILL bit when i was there, i had to play about with it in Photoshop cos the light was bad up there as it was very overcast.

Anyway, does anyone recognise the names?
