    Either the board is inept for deciding to go ahead with a strategy of buying a team of kids & appointing a manager with no experience of developing young players

    Or

    Lee Johnson is inept for believing it's possible to build a team full of kids & expect to compete in a man's league.

    The only problem is I'm not sure who's at fault

    I suppose they saw what Mark Cooper had done at Swindon and thought it was easy to replicate and it isn't as both us and indeed Cooper have shown.

    I blame the board and LJ. All have to take their share of the blame for this mess.
