    Thanks, Kev. Means a lot actually, that one of the forum's more educated and sensible users enjoyed it.

    Need to improve my usage of paragraphs, and perhaps limit the content next time, but I'm happy with it for a first attempt.

    Congratulations Andy on a very good read and pre-season summary. I like the fact that you mix the pure factual with your own genuine comments and passion as a Reds fan. All I can mate is that as an expat I really value these type of reads, so thanks for this! Are you intending to write on a regular basis?

    Thanks for your comments, pal. Genuinely makes me feel it was worth the effort if it's valued by such as yourself who can't get to the games etc.

    And yes, I plan to make it a regular thing. How regular, depends on events I suppose, but I'm intending to do match reports for the games I attend, and other bits and pieces. This first effort was a tester really, to see whether folk were interested. And so far I've appreciated the good comments both here and on twitter etc.

    I even got Mido to retweet the link on twitter. Which made my day. Bless him. And yes, I'm easily pleased. :D
