    The sweetcorn diet. Eat only sweetcorn for two full weeks and lose half your body weight*.

    Sweetcorn is the only foodstuff known to man that comes out exactly the same as it went in. Your body takes not one calorie, not an ounce of nutrients from it.     if it tastes nice spit it out as its obviously full of calories.
