    ...I'm ******* emotional. Practically welling up because the club I love seems to be dying with a whimper.

    Take the pi55 all you want for me being a fanny, but that's how I feel.

    I don't blame Hill for the state of the club or the fact he has no money to spend, but I'm going to be clear about one thing; Hill you must start to be a leader.

    A leader, not just to the players, but also to the fans.

    You should be a figurehead and a leader to every stakeholder connected to the club, and that includes us, the fans, who have the emotional investment in the club and this town.

    It is now your job, Mr Hill, to galvanise and lead all of us. Be a true leader. If we go down then fine, we will understand that it is because we just can't compete financially at the moment - but go down fighting with the fans behind you.

    Make no mistake Keith, being a leader to the fans is part of your job. Start to do it now.

    There are numerous RSMs, Lieutenants, Captains and Corporals currently serving in Afghanistan who are deprived of essential resources to do their jobs; however they project a positive and morale boosting pschology to their troops and to the British public. They have it hard. You and the players don't.

    If we go down, we go down fighting with Hill at the helm. I'll back him, but I expect him to now rally the fans and the town and if we fail, we fail with him, not against him.

    Good post Mike. I felt it today, for the first time this season I felt a sense of defeat in the air and I'm now looking to Keith to get amongst those players and get them up and firing for the next game.

    I was the same after the Forest game. We fell out and I slept in the spare room that night.

    Where not a bad side but something in the club isn't right.

    What's hurts as well is with the crowds which can help us, a lot of Barnsley folk don't seem bothered
