It's instead of the magazine we used to do, Barnsley Soundbytes. Jimmy Jazz (BBSer) who tradgically passed away used to write articles for us. Putting the mag together was too much hard work so we decided to launch a site instead, hopefully it will be as popular as the magazine. If anyone want to contribute drop me an email at barnsleymat@hotmail.com.

    WEBSITE
    www.barnsleysoundbytes.com

It's in it's early stages as i've only just put it online but you'll get a good idea where we are going with it.

    Good luck wit' website

didnt realise Mark used to contribute, but fair play, lost count of the number of bands he'd seen 2 years before they made it onto Jools Holland at neet. When you're up and running, I'll do you a guest piece on 'Phil Collins - Bestest Live Act' that Im sure he'd have appreciated.

    Sounds good

The more funny stuff the better.

The magazine got quite close to the bone sometimes which made it even more popular, we used to get a fair few complaints.
