And it cost 15€ - Less than £12 to watch the champions of Germany with half of the World Cup winning team. Mental.
They really understand the intrinsic value of football to the people of the cities they play in. Here, and especially in the Premier League, we're all just a commodity to be used to make ore profit. Football clubs are run the same way as banks. By greedy ****ers.
I totally agree. English football stinks. Maybe one day the fans will get it back. Euro 96 was sadly the death of things in the long term.... as the long term is to now. It needs some opposition & action from lower league fas to change it.
I was lucky with the match ticket to be honest, they're available from touts for £100+ on the net, but luckily one of my colleagues girlfriends Dad is the head of a supporters club over in Germany and he sorted me out.
I worked out last season it was cheaper for me to travel to Dortmund to watch them play arsenal than it was to go watch the game at Emirates.

I've bought a ticket for Schalke 04 v Bayern on 30 August for 18 Euro, flight cost £56 return to Dortmund & £70 for 2 nights stay. More & more English fans are going over to watch the Bundesliga because of the pure greed of clubs in this country, in Germany you're classed as a fan & not a customer.
Totally agree with this, I've not had a bad experience of German football yet. The prices and general attitude towards fans is top class. I think I'll be booking flights very shortly for Fortuna Dusseldorf vs. St. Pauli in October too.
Went to munich last year Great city and great people Very expensive though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
