He's the lad I wanted us to sign last summer, and still do now. Twitter people suggesting both us and Coventry want him. This sort of signing would please me. Fully expect him to be a Cov player now like.
Him, Tom Bradshaw or Devante Cole i'd be happy with for the striker situation. Unless we'd plan on using Cole as a winger.
I'd love McLeod. Experienced and full of goals in this division. Him, Winnall and Cole would be a proper strikeforce.
Plenty of goals in a worse side than ours. Him and Devante to go with Winnall, Wilkinson and Maris and we are sorted up front.
Fits the profile of the striker Johnson has spoke about. It would go against the recruitment strategy but surely there's always room for a goalscorer.
Not sure, you never can be with stuff from twitter, but a seemingly quite 'legit' account reckons we and Coventry are after him. But yes it's my opinion he'd be a good addition, based on his record over the years, particularly at this level.
He'd be a great addition. 19 goals in a relegated team last season. Scored 3 in pre-season already, which although doesn't mean much, it's 3 more than any of our current team (barring the lad from Man Utd). At 30 he'd be head and shoulders our oldest and most experienced player, but has been a regular goalscorer at this level for years. He's the sort of striker who'd have us looking up rather than down. I've always thought Izale is a good player. I would worry that hes the centre forward version of Cranie as where he goes relegation follows.
Would be a great signing, if perhaps a couple of years past his best. He'd be great alongside Winnall as well. It's great signing loads of up and coming lads but some experience is vital for any successful team.
