I'm getting more and more worried that this is true and he's going to sign!! He's old, and scored goals in league 2!! KO scored in league 2 and 1, but look at him!!! We need someone younger, fast with an eye for goal, someone like Frazier Campbell!

Lester might not be so bad as a squad player tho - his wages are likely to be pretty low & he is certainly likely to get more goals than the likes of Kayo. As long as we get another decent striker in to play alongside Macken as first choices, signing lester might not be as bad as people are saying?

Boulding proved how easy it is in that division to score goals.Lester was about average when he played in the Championship.
Lester averages about 1 goal every 3 games at this level better return than some at Oakwell but I'll be disappointed if we're setting our sights on the likes of Lester. Bottom line is unless we sign someone who will score 15-20 goals this coming season it will be another relegation battle regardless of anything else we do in the summer.
