What has happened to him? For the last couple of months he's been awful. Another dreadful display today, it seems the only reason he's still in the team is because of the assists he's provided but for me, he doesn't even look like creating anything at the moment. Maybe we should drop him and give someone else a go, was pretty impressed with Reuben Noble Lazarus and O'Brien when they came on, if we insist on playing a 5 man midfield, get one of them behind the striker, with Dawson and Cranie behind them. For me, this is what happened to Mellis when he was on loan here, had a handful of good games then didn't show up for the rest of the season. He's got no confidence, summed up by the chance in injury time where he tried to take a touch and nudged it out of play. Would have buried that in August.
I think today was his worst performance for us, he was gash and looked completely disinterested. That chance he had right at the end just about capped of a **** poor day for him.
