    While we're on the subject of cricket, Jacques Kallis scored a ton on his last ever innings for SA. 3rd highest test run scorer ever. Loads more than Ali Cook as well. Proper cricketer.

    Best cricketer of his generation, and most (if not all) of any other. All done with a minimum of fuss.

    I'd say so, although Ponting and Tendulkar would be close from those recently retired. Can see De Villiers being in that bracket soon, he's top drawer.
