    Explain to me how talking on your mobile is more distracting than talking on your phone whilst driving?
    Explain to me how using your mobile is more dangerous than eating a kitkat whilst driving?

    Has anyone got any figures on how many accidents are caused by people distracted whilst on the phone

    Here are the official govenrment figures for the last 2 years which doesnt seperate them out -

    Distraction whilst on the phone can sit in quite a few of these categories


    I am aware of 1 fatal accident caused by someone fiddling with a phone but am sure there are more

    Making a phone call whilst sitting in a traffic jam on the M25 is a far far more serious crime than the japes young lads get up to with a bit of petty larceny - after all boys will be boys.

    I don't know where they are gonna put em cos in the prison i work in, there isn't enough room the robbers, murderers and sex offenders as it is ! However if you have a drug problem we are more than happy to accomadate you in our detox unit and give you as much methadone as you want. What you don't want to detox so quickly beacuse it's too painful ? No problem we'll keep you in this nice unit with quilts and a 5 course Xmas Dinner menu that would grace any fine restaurant until you decide you've built up your strength. God it makes me sick !
