I wonder if a few more people will think twice about questioning my post, about meeting with Brian Howard in Retro, and him saying, and I quote:

"JCR does not want to be there..."

On the 3 showings so far, I can't disagree.

He can go for me if an offer comes in.
Hammill and Halfredsson as wide players can't do any worse.

    JCR...

What gets me, is that he's playing to no where near the standards he is capable of. I can't remember the last time he actually tried to beat a man? From the tricky little winger that tore Doncaster apart with the goal of the season last year, he's turned into a miniature black version of Mike Sheron. Has all the potential in the world, but just chooses to turn in circles, and generally, do nothing productive.

I hope I'm wrong, and he picks up; but I just don't know.

Yeah, he filled in at right back once stupid Kozluk had walked.

At 0-2, there was no point in him stopping there though; we might as well have pushed on and gone for a goal, and potentially have lost 0-3, than limit the damage with a makeshift right back.

He was crap on the wing, and crap at FULL BACK

Think he's played in every position now except from in Goal. Think i'd have rather brought Potter on, instead of playing JCR out of position, completly lost shape (of what little we started with), and got beaten on the counter attack far too many times in that 2nd half.

No point blaming anything but the system we played.

The players are there the system didn't get the best out of them.

    Only Seen Him Today.....

but heard he was poor against Wendy and Lincoln. Thing is Davey won't drop him because he plays players on reputation and not recent form.

    You're right,

he spent 30 minutes at right back, 40 just behind anderson and about 20 out on the wing where he should be

He's dropped him for 1 game and brought him straight back in.

Nothing like making him fight for the jersey eh?

Hope he does again because players should be picked on recent form. Therefore Devaney should still be starting after setting up a goal last setdy but now he's 4th choice winger and can't get a game when JCR and Hammill are both playing *****.
