Training at minute with Bournemouth. Anyone think he would be worth a punt on a short term deal till Jan/Feb to prove his fitness. Obviously aint gonna cost much if he's thinking of joining league 1.

Certainly knows where net is but will he fit into Hills philosophy?

He keeps being linked with the blunts but Wilson keeps denying there is any interest. If his wage demands are realistic then he is worth a short term deal.

Funnily enough, on the new Football Manager I signed him up for the Reds on a free transfer, however on the evidence of his virtual performances for us in the first half of this season, I wouldn't bother, right lazy beggar he is!

I would say no.. but going on the blunts obsession with him coming back, Id have him on our bench just to annoy the piglets

Always liked him and thought he should have gone on to do better in his career. He'd be worth a go, but it sepends whether he has the motivation to still put in 100%. Spells at Blackpool and Rangers seemed perfect chances to do well, yet he hardly featured. Considering our lack of options up top, why not?

Haven't Bournmouth just got a new loaded investor?

Or so I was told anyway; I reckon his wage demands might be bigger than you think, afterall he was on 40k at the Blunts 3 years ago, can't for one minute imagine he'd be willing to play for any less than a quarter of that now, still a hefty some.

Would surely be worth a try. He would have converted a good percentage of the 'missed' chances we've had this season. I think he'd be the type of player to suit us IMO
