    Very intelligent man with a decent record in Norway as far as I am aware. But then again, didn't Henning Berg have a decent record there?

    Me too, and he could turn out to be brilliant. But someone who has no experience in England as a manager would be a massive risk. Any managerial appointment is, but some are riskier than others and taking a huge gamble is something we just can't afford right now.

    Correct, thought he had been manager of Lillestrøm, but it seems he was just Director of Football - a role which I've never actually understood the purpose of.
