Joined the board for FIFA Diploma in Club Management No i’m not sure what it means either but she’s alongside some big names on there! https://www.fifa.com/about-fifa/stakeholders/diploma
I've seen a number of photos on instagram where she's in the company of Infantino etc. Makes me a bit queasy in one sense but you absolutely can't fault her efforts in acquiring some influence and this is further evidence. You'd think she'll develop some very influential contacts as a result.
Can't fault her work ethic or commitment in my opinion, whatever our opinions are on the hierarchy, they're high up in the football world so I think it's good we have members mixing with them. Really hope her and Nareev are a success here, I think they've done well, nearly got it completely spot on last season. The abuse they've got, especially JAQ, is disgraceful. Being tarnished with the same brush with Lee & Conway.
I think she's a good one on board. She gets involved with fans and goes out of her way to advertise us and my guess she'll be doing it here.
Denis Wise liked her insta post about it. He can stay well away from the Oakwell the little cockney dwarf
I think she's out of her depth and has a bit of a chip on her shoulder. I would never go out of my way to abuse her though, its just my opinion. Each to their own.
In what way? I only ask as it’s something I’ve heard several times, but no one ever really seem to elaborate on it.
Just the vibe she gave off at the last fan forum. She seems to act like she knows better than the fans. She believes she 'put the FA cup debacle right' when in reality there is no way that blunder could be put right.
Great that she's getting involved in things like this. Laughing at all the smiling faces then Wenger looking angry.
I agree she does come across as having a chip on her shoulder but i think that's largely down to the abuse she regularly receives on social media from a section of our fans, i think i would act the same if i had the same treatment constantly.
Based on what people who have met her say about her to me , her business experience and from her all round demeanour. I don’t see someone with a chip on her shoulder , I see someone who can fight her own corner and doesn’t take any ******** from know it all blokes who actually know sod all about the business world and football
In a similar vein this video sums up the attitude of some blokes regarding women in sport. 'Awkward! Pro golfer given swing advice by stranger in viral 'mansplaining' video' https://www.skysports.com/share/13078945
I think at the fans forum she stood up for herself and sometimes certain men just can't take it. Fair play to her I say.
