Helen then asked him if he was joking he then replied "about what" and then he kinda made out he was joking.

 

He should use his noggin and know that we would be watching it. He is employed by the club and represents the town as a football club.

TBH if anyone on here lived the lifestyle of a 1st division footballer would any of you live in Barnsley?

Lets face it apart from Cawthorne where else in Barnsley would you drive through and say "I bet a lot of footballers live in this area"

thing is

whether you would or you wouldnt is not the point he's employed by the club and PR is part of his job and risking alienating the fanbase is just plain stupid. A lot of people live and are rightly proud of the place and to go on live television giving ammunition to fans from other clubs especially the local ones is bang out of order.

But he's employed by Barnsley FC and represents the town, so he certainly shouldn't say it. This could be another Hristov-style story, which is the last thing the town needs.

 

im sorry but i take umbridge at that remark there are some beautiful places to live within 10 to 15 minutes from barnsley town centre

I know he played for Rovvrum, now that is a fooking sh*te hole and no doubt he has the same opinion. I, living in West-Melton and unfortunately being part of Rovvrum
have got to admit that Barnsley is a Paradise compared to this Fooking Town,excluding Wath and W. Melton. At least in Barnsley the majority of People speake Pidgeon English
while in Rovvrum it's anything but English, far too many Fooking IMMIGRANTS and far too many second generation immigrants working on the council allowing immigrants to
