If Howard is worth 500k then JCR is worth 10m. Where have I heard that before. JCR is irreplaceable - Howard wont be missed.
I would tend to agree with you there - by far the most important member of the squad right now IMO - he is one of the players who can change a game - He's a superb talent - He also has such a pleasing enthusiasm for the game, and obvious passion for the team. We need to make sure that we keep him happy for a long time.
