Still a great (half of a) film but spoiled for me since I've come to appreciate the fundamental flaw: "You're planting those trees too close together; THEY'LL never grow THERE; you don't want to put compost on that soil THIS year; you've cut that grass too short; those are the wrong type of chippings; you should put a fence up there; you shouldn't put a fence up THERE; you shouldn't be cutting those trees down like THAT . . ." The idea that his neighbours could have gone the entire length of the film without telling him in great detail where he was going wrong is, quite frankly, ludicrous. (
