    £26 at Metrodome if you have BFC Season Ticket

    Pretty good value.

    Quite a few jumped ship and went up to JJB (including one or two instructors) - so maybe it's OK up there.

    IIRC, Bannatynes seemed pretty expensive to me (even off peak).

    Il have to make sure but i think its £30 a month. My dad, uncle and sister are all members and rate it. Pool. Steam room. 2 hot spas. Even sky television on the bikes :)

    they have all that at metrodome dont they. I have been at metrodome now for 5 months and no complaints as yet

    Thanks - it's about what I thought. I heard it was a couple of pounds more than the Metrodome (maybe £33) - so still good value.

    The BFC Season Ticket discount at the Metrodome just pips it for me. I can also use the leisure pool with my God Children on Sunday Mornings (so that's an added bonus).

    Overall, I would say the Metrodome is about ready for a refit - this hasn't really been done since JJB opened.

    Do you go to any of the classes?

    The gym itself is fine, but some of the equipment in the classes (such as exercise bikes) does need replacing - and has done for some time.

    Bannatynes is expensive but it has top notch equipment (& lots of it). Plus pool, steam room, sauna etc & loads of classes if that's your thing. Depends on how often you plan to go to justify the cost. I go at least 4 times a week so it's good value for me.....

    I never knew that about the season ticket. How much is it a month without a season ticket then?

    Were thinking about signing up because were using it alot lately for swimming.

    At the Metrodome you get free use of the squash and badminton courts the others don't have them. The swimming pool is far better, the one at banna is the same size as a puddle
